Group Classes
 

Allure Pilates Spa 24-Hour Cancellation Policy:

In an attempt to avoid late cancellations and to cover the costs of our employees, all Clients must have a credit card on file OR have already pre–paid for their class, session, or appointment.  Out of great respect for our staff, we will be strictly enforcing our 24-hour cancellation policy.  If you have not notified us that you will be unable to attend your appointment by phone, in person, or email within 24 hours of the class, session or appointment, you will be considered a “late cancel”.  If you are more than 15 minutes late to your class, session, or appointment without notifying us, you will be considered a “no–show”.

 

Physical Therapy Appointment Cancellations:

All Physical Therapy appointments must be held with a credit card on file.  If you are a “late cancel” or a “no show”, then we will automatically deduct a $65 charge to the credit card on file.  If for any reason the card does not go through, then you will not be able to book your next appointment until we have received the late fee paid in full.

 

Group Class Cancellations:

If you have purchased a Monthly Unlimited Group Class Package and do not attend a class for which you have signed up ahead of time online, then you will be charged a $20 fee that will be deducted from your credit card on file.  If for any reason the card does not go through, then you will not be able to book your next appointment until we have received the late fee paid in full.

 

Private, Semi-Private, and Trio Sessions Cancellations:

If you have purchased a package of sessions and you are a “late cancel” or a “no show”, then we will  automatically deduct one session from your package.  All single purchased sessions will be pre-paid or have a credit card on file.  If for any reason the card does not go through, then you will not be able to book your next appointment until we have received the late fee paid in full.

 

Spa Appointment Cancellations:

All spa appointments with services in the amount of $50.00 must be held with a credit card on file.  If you are a “late cancel” or a “no show”, then we will deduct 50% of the cost of your service from the credit card on file.  If for any reason the card does not go through, then you will not be able to book your next appointment until we have received the late fee paid in full.

 

Expiration of Sessions: All pre-paid Group and Private sessions will expire within 6 months from the date of purchase.  The 2 Free New Client Pilates Group Classes expire within 2 weeks of using the first one.   If you sign up to redeem a “Free Group Class” and are a “no-show”, then you will forfeit that free class.
